What Is Meant By Contingency Fees?
Contingency fees are based on a percentage of your recovery. This arrangement allows an attorney to provide representation to clients who could not otherwise afford the legal services. It means you do not to have to pay any attorney fees until after you receive your financial benefits.
It also means you don’t pay any more for hiring a law firm with our level of experience than you would hiring a lawyer right out of law school or hiring a non-lawyer advocate.
